Daniel Gabrielli

I am currently an MA student studying Film and Moving Image studies at Concordia University. I had done my undergrad at Concordia as well in Film Studies.

My favourite films are theatrical realism and humanist films, mainly films between the 1950s to the early 1970s. I also enjoy studying cultural theory and my research interests in cinema relate to cultural identity, belonging, and cultural interpretation in moving images. 

I do video editing on my own time on personal projects such as animation videos, promotional videos and art house/experimental films. I am interested in involving myself more into the different local cinema communities by attending lectures and working on other people's projects.
